Recommended Materials

This file was designed for laser-safe acrylic and wood materials that are 3mm (1/8 inch) thick or less. For my earrings, I typically use 1/8 inch acrylic. When I make layered earrings, I use 1/16 inch or 1/32 inch thick acrylic for the backer. For the entire list of materials, tools, and suppliers that I use and love, check out my supply list.
