2.2 Counter-Notification:
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Department, including the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location on the Platform.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction where you live, (if you live within the United States) or in Glynn County, Georgia, United States, if you live outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person or entity who provided the original notification.
2.3 Repeat Infringers:
Maker's Fantasy reserves the right to suspend, remove, block, or ban anyone who has been repeatedly reported for copyright infringement on the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice.
3. Trademarks
3.1 Prohibited Use:
You shall not use any trademarks, logos, or service marks displayed on the Platform without the prior written permission of the respective owners. Any unauthorized use of trademarks is strictly prohibited.
4. Seller Responsibilities
4.1 Ownership and Authorization:

We reserve the right to monitor the content uploaded by sellers on the Platform for intellectual property infringement. If infringing content is identified, we may remove or disable access to the content and take appropriate action against the seller, including account suspension or termination.
5. Repeat Offenders
5.1 Account Suspension/Termination:
Users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others may have their accounts suspended or terminated, at our sole discretion.

6.1 Third-Party Content Disclaimer:
Maker's Fantasy provides a platform for sellers to list and sell their products or services. The content, including product descriptions, images, and any other materials posted by sellers, is created and provided by third parties. The digital marketplace does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of this content. Users acknowledge that any reliance on such content is at their own risk. The digital marketplace shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of such content or any transactions conducted through the Platform.
